* For health reasons, it is completely prohibited to return or exchange products. After 7 days have passed after receiving the order, no complaints regarding the products will be received. * Dear customers, after completing the payment process, we deeply apologize for canceling any order or modifying it (there is no refund of the amount).
* When a customer travels outside Qatar, please inform us a maximum of two weeks before the travel date so that we can quickly prepare the order and ship it so that it arrives at the appropriate time. We apologize for any orders that do not meet the period requirement.

* The store does not bear any responsibility for any delay in delivery or return in the event that the shipment data changes, such as: (address, contact number, or any other change).
* Please enter the name of the direct city, and it is forbidden to register the nearest city or the name of the region or governorate, to avoid delaying the arrival of the order or its retrieval by the shipping company.
* It is prohibited to use international numbers for orders within Qatar. A mobile number is required to receive calls and WhatsApp messages.
* Shipping companies undertake the shipping, courier and delivery process of your order from 2 days to 14 or more in the event of severe pressure (Friday and Saturday are holidays). In the event that the customer travels or changes the place of receipt, we apologize for canceling the order or refunding the amount. The receipt address is changed by communicating with the shipping company. On holidays and official occasions, delivery is made after the end of the official period for the occasion (there is no refund of the amount). * Dear customers, please inspect the products carefully at the moment of receiving them. * We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.
* If products arrive that are different from the customer’s request, the different product will be returned from the customer on the condition that the product has never been opened or used.
